Wild West Meats is a specialty meat store looking for a reliable and eager person to tend to the front counter and prepare food. Food preparation consists of light baking duties, preparing vegetables, and cooking fast food type items. Front counter attendance includes processing transactions for the retail store.
- Responsibilities: _
- Cashier duties (assist customers with purchases, process transactions using our retail software, daily cash outs and credit card machine batch outs)
- Receive and restock inventory in the store
- Food Preparation (prepare food for customers, food preparation for next day and for consumption same day, organize supply/grocery lists)
- Requirements: _
- Customer service skills: be friendly, personable, mature, conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently
- Must have good personal hygiene and cleanliness
- Reliable
- Be resourceful
- Be able to handle waves of large customer influx and work in a fast paced environment
