**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As a Dishwasher you play a crucial role in maintaining the backbone of our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of all kitchenware, contributing significantly to the general kitchen environment and our collective success.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

DISH & KITCHENWARE MAINTENANCE
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware, ensuring they are readily available for the culinary team.
- Organize dishes and kitchenware efficiently, facilitating easy access for the kitchen and service staff.

KITCHEN CLEANLINESS
- Maintain general kitchen cleanliness, including washing workstations, floors, and equipment, following a structured cleaning schedule.
- Dispose of kitchen refuse and recycling in an eco-friendly and efficient manner, adhering to the restaurant's sustainability practices.

TEAM ENGAGEMENT
- Actively contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, assisting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the kitchen during busy service times, displaying flexibility and a cooperative attitude.

COMPLIANCE
- Strictly adhere to sanitation and safety policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and secure working environment.
- Attend regular training on proper chemical use, equipment handling, and updated compliance guidelines.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
- Assist with inventory and storage organization as directed by the kitchen management team.
- Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to supervisory staff promptly.
