At Social Connections ABA Therapy Inc., we believe in offering a variety of services targeting a range of skills including communication, social skills, imitation, activities of daily living, behaviour reduction, and academics. Our goal is to work as a team to teach the skills necessary to build successful connections with those around us through fun and engaging activities. We are excited to be offering (1) BCBA/R.B.A. Position. This position is to provide clinical supervision to in-centre and in-home clients throughout the Niagara Region. In person and virtual opportunities based on the family’s needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage own caseload
- Provide monthly in-person/virtual clinical supervision (within the client’s homes and within the ABA therapy centers)
- Complete ABA Skill Assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments
- Develop Behaviour Assessment Reports, Behaviour Supports Plans
- Design, train, and oversee client behavioural programming, goals, and objectives
- Ensure behaviour programming is being implemented with high degree of procedural integrity
- Provide training to instructor therapists, caregivers, etc.
- Communicate effectively with client families in person and in writing (clinical supervision notes) regarding client’s sessions,

progress, goals, etc.
- Collect and analyze skill acquisition and behavioural data for trends and determine next steps as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst Certification/ Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.) (required)
- 3-5 years’ experience working in the field of ABA with children and youth with development disabilities/behaviour challenges

- Vulnerable Sector Police Check (required)
- On the OAP Providers list (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in both an independent and team setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal Liability Insurance (can be obtained upon hire)
- CPR and First Aid (can be obtained upon hire)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:
