Established in 2002, we specialize in Commercial and Institutional Glazing projects. The scopes include Exterior Glass: Curtain Walls, Window Walls, Storefronts and Entrances and Glass Canopies. Interior Glass: Sliding Doors, Swing Doors and Fixed Walls.

The project manager is responsible for all aspects of the project from contract award to close out, providing quality deliverables to spec, on time and on budget. This position must demonstrate strong organizational skills, people and time management skills and have strong communication and client service skills.

You will demonstrate successful completion of Commercial and Residential glazing projects with minimum 5 years experience.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Knowledge and demonstrated use of building envelope science and construction management.
- Familiar with, entrances, storefront, curtain wall and all aspect of glass and glazing systems.
- Working knowledge of customary construction contract language and provisions (subcontract agreements, supply agreements, etc.).
- Proven ability to read project drawings.
- Understand project specs, construction documents, and perform complete window and door take-offs.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Strong skills using excel spreadsheets and formulas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong software experience, with preference for working knowledge of MS Project, Smartsheet (or other recognized schedule software), AutoCAD, cloud based project management software.
- Proficient in MS Office (Especially Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat PDF Document
- Ability to manage a team of drafters, coordinators and site operatives.
- Salary is commensurate with experience

**Salary**: $95,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
