CBTW is seeking a skilled third-party contractor Business Analyst to join our Client's Integration Management Office (IMO), focusing specifically on the HR workstream. This role is pivotal in connecting Human Resources with broader business objectives, ensuring that processes, requirements, and data-driven insights align with our strategic goals. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes, from initial planning through to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Hub Development**: Build and manage a centralized Project Hub (e.g., SharePoint or Confluence) to enhance knowledge management, ensuring the team has seamless access to critical information.
- **Project Reporting & Cadence Management**: with Project Manager to manage project reporting and the operating cadence for across all HR projects and workstreams. Ensure transparency and synchronization of information, so that team members always know their current and next tasks.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Liaise with functional leads, business units and the project management team to understand, prioritize business goals and information needs.
- **Requirements Translation**: Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable functional requirements, user stories, process diagrams, and data models.
- **Documentation & Specifications**: Develop and review business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents.
- **Solution Delivery**: Partner with the project delivery teams to ensure the implementation of projects that meet business needs.
- **Team Tooling**: Ensure all team members are effectively using project management tools like SmartSheet. Oversee onboarding and training for these tools, ensuring regular updates to tasks and information.
- **Data Analysis**: Conduct data analysis to validate business decisions, using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- **Facilitation & Communication**: Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Connect with key stakeholders like Haroon to understand their roles and identify where your strengths can be leveraged on HR projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with priority given to those who have implemented HR programs and solutions such as HCM, HRIS and Payroll systems
- Strong, people-first analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with an ability to understand complex HR programs, systems and processes.
- Advanced technical proficiency, including expertise in Smartsheet, the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint) and business analysis tools, with experience presenting, translating and synthesizing the details of complex programs and projects.
- Exceptional documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively to determine and deliver optimal solutions.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field..

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance

Pay: $500.00-$600.00 per day
