**About the RISE Program**

The **RISE Day & Evening Program** supports **children and youth** who may experience **developmental, behavioral, or emotional challenges**. Participants benefit from a structured, supportive setting that fosters life skills, emotional regulation, and positive daily routines. Each participant’s care plan is tailored to ensure **safety**, **engagement**, and **individual growth**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide 1:1 and 2:1 individualized support for youth in the program
- Facilitate structured day and evening activities that promote learning and social skills
- Encourage emotional regulation, self-awareness, and coping strategies
- Support participants in building healthy routines and overall well-being
- Implement individualized care plans based on assessed support needs
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care
- Collect accurate documentation and behavioural data as needed
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
- Be available for extended support hours when necessary
- **Male professional** with a background in **DSW, CYS, or SSW**:

- Experienced working with youth with **ASD, developmental delays, and emotional/behavioral needs**:

- Strong understanding of **Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)** principles
- Skilled in **data collection and documentation**:

- Trauma-informed and confident in navigating complex behavioural challenges
- Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certification is a strong asset
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification & Vulnerable Sector Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
