**Overview**

Store hours are from 6 am to 11 pm daily

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision.
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
- Promote and upsell products or services to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are well-displayed and accessible.
- Clean and dust the checkout area and store daily.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

**Experience**
- OLG experience is required, as beer and alcoholic beverages will be sold at this location.
- Must be 19 years or older to work.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Experience with POS systems and technology sales preferred.
- Ability to effectively sell or upsell products to customers.
- Prior experience in technical sales or customer service is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 9 per week
