Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Whistler Branch (Sea-to-Sky region) - Hybrid role

**Key responsibilities of this role are**:

- Builds a strong partnership with the Business Advisors by establishing highly efficient administrative processes and relationship building techniques to ensure business growth and overall work quality.
- Effectively utilizes our Client Experience Management (CEM) system in providing a premium level of service to our business clients.
- Ensures accurate collection and recording of required business information in CEM for AML, KYC and marketing purposes.
- Processes client transactions efficiently and accurately, including opening new accounts, following up with deficiencies and administering changes to existing accounts. Responds to a variety of client requests as required.
- Performs administrative tasks to support Business Advisors and to maximize the group’s contribution and productivity. This includes administration/input of loans/mortgages, credit reviews, reporting, scheduling, and any other tasks related to portfolio management.
- Assists Advisors with sales and referral tracking and follows up on outstanding opportunities.
- Processes the Business Group’s Annual Line of Credit Reviews under supervision of the Advisors.
- Assists Advisors in the monthly LOC margin reporting process by collecting reports and assisting with completion of margin card.
- Liaises with other departments such as Credit Approvals, Legal, Lending Services, Real Estate Lending Group and Leasing as needed to provide a premium level of service to our assigned business clients.
- Assists Advisors with opportunities and preparation for proactive contacts. Completes proactive contacts as assigned.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 2 years' experience in the financial services industry
- Basic understanding of lending practices and procedures
- Mobility to move between Sea-to-Sky branches
- Investment and credit sales experience an asset
- Knowledge of BlueShore Financial investment products/procedures and core banking products an asset
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Financial Services an asset

**Pay Transparency**

Pay transparency is an important characteristic of our recruitment process and overall BlueShore culture which supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.

The target range of this role is $56,000 - $65,000, plus competitive performance bonus. Employment offers are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
