Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred)
- Knowledge of technology products and sales techniques
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Proficient in using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette
- Cash handling experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
