Au total, les sociétés Tremco CPG exploitent 21 usines de fabrication, 6 sites de distribution et 3 sites de R&D/technologie, et emploient plus de 2 700 personnes en Amérique du Nord. - Le Chef-d’équipe Plastique veille à ce que les activités au département du plastique équipe de soir soient correctement exécutées par son équipe. Il établit un plan de production en concordance avec la planification et ce tout en supervisant les opérateurs. Approvisionne la matière première pour le bon fonctionnement des machines d’injection. Veille à ce que les mesures de santé et de sécurité soient suivies. **FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES**: - Planifier les horaires de travail (selon les priorités établies par le planificateur) - Approvisionner les matières premières pour la production et vider le plancher des produits finis ; - Superviser les opérations ; - Intervenir en cas d’ajustements de machine et/ou arrêts fréquents ; - Remplacer les employés pour les pauses ; - Faire le suivi des performances (envoyé un bilan du déroulement des opérations du W/E) au Superviseur de la production ; - Voir à l’ouverture et à la fermeture des machines ; - Assurer la formation et l’accompagnement du personnel ; - Respecter les consignes de sécurité, les méthodes et instructions de travail ; - Entretenir les lieux et zones d’entreposage ; - Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes à l’emploi. **AUTRES COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES**: - Capacité de supervision ; - Faire preuve de leadership ; - Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse ; - Sens de l’organisation grandement développé ; - Autonomie, initiative et haut sens des responsabilités ; - Grande capacité à travailler en équipe ; - Polyvalence et flexibilité ; - Rigueur, souci de l’excellence et minutie ; - À l’aise dans un environnement de travail dynamique et rapide. **EXPÉRIENCE, FORMATION ET ÉDUCATION**: - DES, Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent - Bonne maitrise de la Suite Office - Expérience préalable dans un environnement d’entrepôt ou d’usine de préférence
