We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves managing complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Production Leads, Design, COO, clients, and vendors.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and schedules.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on milestones and addressing any issues that arise.
- Implement quality assurance processes and ensure all furniture manufacturing meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and produce regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve project management strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven Project Management experience in furniture manufacturing, store fixtures, or building construction.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Solidworks, Microsoft Office, and general ERP software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead them toward successful project completions.
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction and ability to manage client relationships.
- Experience in the hospitality or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and additional training in furniture design or manufacturing processes are considered assets.
