**Summary**:
The Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor will work with Purchasing & Production Supervisor to manage the inventory flow into and out of the warehouse. Your primary objective is to manage the warehouse inventory by coordinating the movement of supplies, products, and merchandise into and out of the warehouse. You will use your leadership skills to ensure an organized warehouse with accurate inventory and initiate continuous improvements.

**Duties to Include**:

- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Organize and execute all shipping and receiving tasks
- Organize stocks, maintain inventory & warehouse area
- Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy
- Prepare all shipments to complete the required documentation
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments for any indication of damage or defects
- Maintain a quarantine area and label all items according to procedures
- Responsible for proper storage and handling of hazardous materials
- Photograph all shipments according to the procedure
- Organize and collect materials for work orders (Job Travelers)
- Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum five years of warehousing and inventory control experience
- Post-Secondary Education
- Valid certification to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and related equipment
- Extensive knowledge of Inventory Management Systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong Computer Skills, MRP, Project and Microsoft 365
- Able to lift and move Inventory (up to 50 lbs)
