The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of procurement processes and managing supplier data across the organization:

- Create new supplier records in various databases- Support users with their supplier-related requests- Collaborate with buyers, contract managers, and other stakeholders- Manage a shared mailbox and respond to incoming requests- Assist suppliers during their onboarding process at CAE- Attention to detail in data entry: Ability to enter and verify supplier information with precision.- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and ERP tools: Comfortable using spreadsheets and navigating systems and databases.- Communication and responsiveness: Able to interact professionally and respond clearly to requests.- Organizational skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, tracking requests, and following up effectively.- Team spirit and curiosity: Willing to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with members of the organization.- Motivation to gain hands-on experience: Brings enthusiasm and a proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Education:

- Pursuing an undergraduate/master’s degree in business management, information technology or related field with at least 1 year completed

Location of the internship is Montreal.

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
- All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
- Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks._
