Mobile Crane Operator

**Qualifications**:
- Possession of a **Red Seal**Mobile Crane Certification.
- Proven track record of safe and efficient crane operation.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and protocols.
- Demonstrated experience operating hydraulic spider cranes (80 tons or under).
- Strong knowledge of rigging and crane safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and lift plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate mobile hydraulic spider cranes for lifting, rigging, and moving heavy materials.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate clearly with site supervisors, contractors, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and report any equipment issues promptly.
