Financial Analyst

We are seeking **a Financial Analyst, **who will work a hybrid work model (remote from home, and in office).

As an integral member of the Finance team, you will provide proactive, actionable analytical support and insights to senior management and key stakeholders across all our divisions. You are a detailed-oriented quick starter who can articulate the risks and opportunities facing the business and will play a key role in the development of EBITDA-improvement actions and formulation of annual budgets & forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years FP&A experience
- CPA designation would be an asset
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables) and experience with relational databases
- Experience with management dashboards and Power BI
- Ability to identify root causes and provide meaningful recommendations
- Professional and ability to build relationships at various levels of the organization
- Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a big picture view

**Job Duties**:

- Participate in process and development of mulit-year budgets & forecasts (operations and capital)
- Perform detailed P&L variance analysis and provide management recommendations & insights
- Review and anlayze business cases for all captial expenditure requests
- Provide detailed insights on all logistics functions and activity based costing (ABC) results
- Analyze the performance and profitability of investment decisions, including real estate
- Participate in enhancing and interpreting management dashboards based on KPIs
- Provide analysis and insights on strategic transactions or initiatives
- Prepare financial due diligence schedules, as required
- Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and develop strategies for enhancing them
- Provide market analysis support to Sales and Marketing teams
- Develop business partner relationships with operational divisions
- Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by various divisions
- Provide consultative and technical support to the executive team and other strategic decision-making groups
- Participate in the implementation of new enterprise business systems

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
