At **Standard Manufacturers Services Ltd.**, we’ve been producing high-quality aluminum parts for North America’s leading industries since 1982. We’re looking for a **motivated Aluminum Foundry Caster** to help keep production flowing with skill, precision, and pride.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Melt and pour aluminum into molds.
- Operate furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment.
- Flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum safely.
- Inspect and finish castings (cutting, sanding).
- Follow detailed work procedures and maintain a clean work area.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Safety-first attitude and attention to detail.
- Physically capable (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods).
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
- English communication skills.
- High school diploma an asset — **training provided**

**Work Schedule**:

- 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (Days or Afternoons).
