**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products.
- Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas.
- Operate basic machinery and tools as required, following all safety protocols.
- Support production activities by preparing materials and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks completed and report any issues to management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including overtime if required.
