**Responsibilities**

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
  • Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for installation or removal of plumbing components.
  • Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of plumbing work with other construction activities.
  • Utilize basic math skills to calculate measurements and quantities needed for projects.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and building codes throughout all plumbing operations.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing installations.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
