**About Us**
We’re a Fernie-based builder specializing in high-end, mountain-modern custom homes. Our projects combine design-forward details with solid craftsmanship, and we’re proud of the collaborative crew culture we’ve built.

**The Role**
- Work alongside journeymen on unique, detail-driven custom homes
- Take on framing, finishing, and site coordination responsibilities
- Learn advanced techniques while working toward your Red Seal

**What We’re Looking For**
- Registered 3rd Year Apprentice (or equivalent experience)
- Solid work ethic, eye for detail, and ability to work safely at heights and with tools
- Positive, team-first attitude and reliable transportation to Fernie job sites

**What We Offer**
- $25-30/hr, depending on experience
