Store Manager

**Overview**

Cannabis Knowledge and experience is a must.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, train, and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock management.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new employees.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the customer experience.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and manage cash handling processes.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and motivation.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior at least 1 year experience required - Retail Cannabis Sales in a Supervisor/Assistant manager role or
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in a retail management with a focus on sales performance, and good knowledge of cannabis.
- Effective stock management skills (Weekly Orders)
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Proficient in POS systems and cashiering processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze cannabis market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

**Experience**:

- Cannabis Store Management: 1 year (preferred)
- cannabis retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Selling it Right (preferred)
