**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install custom millwork, cabinetry, panels, doors, mouldings, and related products at job sites.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and plans.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete installations safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets Eurostyle Millwork’s quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades on site.
- Troubleshoot and adjust installations as required on site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in millwork or cabinetry installation (commercial and/or residential).
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at heights, lift heavy items, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Safety certifications (e.g., Fall Protection, First Aid) are an asset.
