ed to harness the power of the sun for our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. *Key Responsibilities:* *Project Planning and Initiation. *Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Facilitate project initiation meetings and ensure alignment with organizational goals. *Data Analysis and Reporting. *Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making. *Solution Development. *Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address identified business needs. Ensure that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. *Stakeholder Management. *Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress. Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment and buy-in. *Budget Management. *Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and within allocated limits. Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management. *Continuous Improvement. *Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and products (not necessary, but nice to have). *Compensation:* This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $55,000 to $75,000 CAD. *Location:* Greater Toronto Area/Barrie, ON. May require infrequent travel to Barrie, ON. Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Benefits:
