**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while efficiently managing transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide a welcoming atmosphere will be key to enhancing the customer experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain an organized front end area, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and services effectively.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during peak hours.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking merchandise as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to upsell products and services through effective selling techniques.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

- Serving It Right (preferred)
