**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Companions to provide essential support and companionship to individuals in need of assistance. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and those requiring additional care. As a Caregiver/Companion, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of your clients in various settings such as home care, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes.

**Duties**
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with daily living activities and mobility assistance.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
- Facilitate transportation to appointments or social events as needed.
- Provide specialized care for clients with conditions such as dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to family members or healthcare professionals.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing or senior care.
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and patient care best practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment for clients.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.00-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
