**Key Responsibilities**:
**_Sales and Marketing_**
- Services existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
- Provide inside sales support when for customer and general inquiries
- Responsible for providing and preparing a response and/or submission of products, pricing and literature for Quotes, Tenders, RFP’s, RFQ’s, EOI etc. within required deadlines
- Log sales activity into sales CRM
- Attend local and national industry tradeshows to promote company and network.
- Attend internal, external or virtual meetings as required
- Provide trip report with action items for follow up when out of office on work related duties
- Review and assist order entry when purchase order is received to ensure material, quantity and pricing is accurate
- Assist with the implementation of different media tools to market company, distributors and products for tradeshows, industry magazines, website, datasheets, etc
- _Customer Service_*
- Assist customers with inquiries by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
- Log customer complaints on products and services. Investigate cause of issue to identify and detail the best solution to solve the problem and expedite correction action

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stoney Creek, ON L8E 5P5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
