As a Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. **Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and diseases
- Develop personalized treatment plans and provide appropriate medical interventions
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Document all patient encounters accurately and timely using electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, advancements, and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
**Experience**:
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Pediatrics, Pain Management)
- Proven experience in providing exceptional patient care in an acute care or medical office setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation using EMR systems (e.g., Epic)
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Experience in medication administration and managing patient pain effectively
- Demonstrated ability to collect accurate patient data for diagnosis and treatment planning

**Salary**: $138,918.19-$439,860.60 per year
