-**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to sewer, watermain, and stormwater installations.
- Lead a crew of laborers, operators, and pipe layers, ensuring productivity and safety.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate installation.
- Schedule materials, equipment, and labor needs for daily operations.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and project status.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sewer, watermain, and storm infrastructure construction.
- Strong knowledge of underground utility installation methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Valid Class G Ontario Driver’s License.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
- Knowledge of local regulations and environmental standards.
Pay: From $43.95 per hour
Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week
