**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and computer software.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in phone etiquette, capable of managing multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Experience in front desk operations within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
