Shipper

Manage shipments, and record movement of product to and from finished goods warehouse stores.

**1.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment
- First in and First out material management
- Pack, seal, and label as per customer expectations
- Active member of the Inventory Team
- Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and/or standards and complete appropriate documentation as required
- Ensure preparation of all documentation, such as Pick Tickets, BOLs, and ship manifests to route materials
- Complete daily logs
- Record & provide shipment data for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes
- Communicate all relevant concerns, such as damages, shortages, and non-conformances to relevant management personnel
- 6S organization and visual management - Everything in its place, and a place for everything
- Compute amounts, such as available space, staging shipments, & storage methods
- Complete incident reports in relation to health and safety issues or material spills & damage
- Active participation in requirements needed to retain Quality Management System
- All Operators are empowered to report unsafe and/or unhealthy conditions in the plant that can or will affect the health or safety of themselves or their teammates.

- Experience in Warehouse Environment
- Previous experience in plastic injection molding facility
- Prior lift truck Experience 3yrs

Swing Shifts rotating Days and Afternoons every 2 weeks
