**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions
- Assist customers in locating products and making product recommendations
- Full Understanding of the Menu and able to communicate /explain options passionately to customers.
- Upsell Customers with Add on’s.
- Manage Online Orders and Rush Hours.
- Strong organizations skills and able to communicate with Kitchen on Orders.
- Past experience in making Burritos, Sandwiches, MilkShakes, Wraps, Platters etc.
- Able to do Timely Preps, Safe Food Handling, Refills & Inventory.
- Ensuring clean workplace at all times.
- Must be very punctual, reliable, hard-working, willing to learn, and must speak English.
- Has a valid Food Handling Certificate.
- Other duties as required.

# Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of product demos is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$20.60 per hour

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
