Farm Worker, Grain

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Worker to join our agricultural team. This role involves hands-on work in crop cultivation, maintenance, and operation of farm machinery. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in farm operations while contributing to the successful growth of our farm operations.

**Duties**
- Assist with planting and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and equipment
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors and other heavy equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks such as repairing building structures
- Conduct general farm maintenance including cleaning, repairs, and equipment checks
- Assist with soil preparation, fertilization, and pest control measures
- Lift heavy loads of supplies or harvested crops safely and efficiently
- Support the overall organization of farm activities to ensure smooth daily operations

**Experience**
- Prior experience is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
