**Job Overview**
Cook’s Snow and Mow is looking for a reliable and hardworking **Lawn Care Technician** to join our team for the month of **September**. This is a **full-time, short-term role** perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is confident operating lawn care equipment. You’ll be responsible for completing daily lawn maintenance routes using a company truck and tools. We’re a small, family-run business and we value independence, honesty, and doing the job right the first time.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Complete daily lawn care jobs: mowing, trimming, blowing clippings using a backpack blower and edging lawns
- Drive our company truck to and from job sites
- Work independently and ensure all assigned properties are completed each day
- Maintain equipment by ensuring it is clean, serviced, and in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Valid Class 5 Driver’s License**:

- **Must be a responsible driver** (company truck is GPS-tracked in real time)
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred.
- **Mechanical knowledge** to operate and maintain power tools effectively.
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision
- **Basic experience with lawn mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, and fertilizers/weed control products**:

- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Must have a **reliable smartphone** to clock in and out using our system
- Dependable and takes pride in doing a job right the first time
- **Strong physical stamina** to perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

**Schedule**:

- **Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM**:

- Work until all assigned properties are completed for the day
- Monday to Friday (weather dependent)

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
