Retail Floor Cleaner

We are looking for professional and experienced cleaners to maintain the floors at a busy retail store (5) days a week. This position will be working daily after hours (when the store closes or before it opens) and maintaining the floors in a “wet look” state.
**Job Details**:
- ** 1 cleaner**:
- 3 hours per clean
- ** Part-time** hours
- ** Rate**:$70 per clean
**We will provide the following materials**:
- One auto scrubber covering a minimum width of 24” (we can provide).
- One high-speed (1500 RPM or more) buffer (we can provide).
- One 8-gallon wet/dry vac on casters.
- A sufficient number of treated dust mops.
- A sufficient number of pails and wringer-pails.
- A sufficient number of mops.
- Window washing equipment.
- All other required equipment or materials.
The schedule will be established together with the Store Manager and a weekly meeting for on-site inspection will be required. Areas of the store will include vestibule, sales area, offices, storage areas, lunchroom, stairs and hall, locker rooms, and bathrooms.
MUST have experience with floor machines.
**Daily Tasks Include**:
- Floors swept and moped - kept spot-free and stain-free at all times.
- Floors in the sales area are scrubbed and buffed.
- Dustin window ledges.
- Trash cans located in the public area of the store to be emptied and cleaned.
- Mirrors, washbasins, faucets, urinals, toilets, and other accessories were washed and disinfected.
**NOTE**:5 days a week
- 4 days will be cleaning everything and the 5th day will just be cleaning the floors.
