Cambridge, Canada JMJ & Sons Logistics LTD Full time

This is a full-time, permanent position. You must be able to work in person from the office located in Cambridge, ON.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate transportation planning and scheduling.
- Track shipments from pick-up through delivery so that accurate, up-to-date information can be provided regarding any shipment, and update on transportation system.
- Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.
- Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, pricing, and contractual obligations.
- Prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of various invoice processes.
- Active involvement with problem-solving of issues presented.
- Clearing shipments (ACE/ACI)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3 years of previous experience in the Transportation/Logistics field
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Outlook
- Ability to cope with pressure/stress, and work efficiently in a fast pace/high-volume environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
