**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of up to 3 installers on residential and commercial job sites
- Install custom staircases and related components (treads, risers, stringers, railings, etc.)
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and work orders
- Communicate professionally with clients, site supervisors, and internal team
- Drive company box truck to and from job sites
- Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized
- Deliver high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment
- Mentor and support junior crew members

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in stair installation or custom woodworking
- Previous experience leading a small crew or team
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Valid **G-class driver’s licence** with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a **box truck** (company vehicle provided)
- Able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour

Additional pay:
