We are currently seeking **Mobile Patrol Guards**

**Position Overview - Mobile Patrol Guards**

As a Mobile Patrol Guard, you will be instrumental in maintaining the safety and security of our designated areas. Your key responsibilities will include deterring and responding to a variety of issues, such as suspicious activities, vandalism, and safety hazards. You will conduct regular patrols, actively monitor your surroundings, and work closely with local law enforcement to ensure a secure environment for all.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine checks of parking lots and properties to ensure adherence to security protocols and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Vigilantly observe and report any unusual activities or safety hazards, ensuring a swift response and resolution.
- Compile comprehensive reports detailing incidents encountered during patrols, including evidence gathered, actions taken, and outcomes for potential client follow-up.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed, ensuring timely communication regarding ongoing security or safety concerns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License. (required)
- Certified First Aid & CPR + AED Level C. (required)
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License G (25 years of age or older)
- Proven Driving Skills: Safe and responsible driving abilities, including knowledge of traffic laws and safe vehicle operation.
- Situational Awareness: Ability to assess surroundings and identify potential threats or unusual activities effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication (English)
- Two (2) years of industry experience. (preferred)
- Smart Serve Certification. (preferred)

- **Compensation**: Earn $25.00 of banked dollars for each legitimate case/apprehension resulting in a charge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour
