You will be responsible for driving sales performance and leading a dynamic team to achieve buisiness goals. Your core skills in outside sales, negotiation, and account management will be essential in developing and maintianing strong client relationships. You will leverage your premium sales skills to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. With a focus on leadership and analysis, you will guide your team in executing effective sales stragegies, ensuring the organization meets its targets in a competitive market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Find and present security solutions to potential new clients.
- Learn new technology - explain upgrading legacy systems to new digital alarms to new clients.
- Develop lead programs in both commercial & residential markets
- Ongoing communication with client after installation to ensure good customer service and support as needed
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Recruit, Train, Coach and Manage other people who do the above.

Experience
- Experience in the security alarm industry is preferred but not required for the right person.
- Experience in the Home Automation (Smart Home) Market is an asset but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language.
- Negotiation and sales closing skills is required.
- Previous B2B or D2D experience is a must
- Track record of high sales performance.
- Exprience leading sales teams is an asset but not required.

Education
- High School education is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: $975.00-$1,875.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Door-to-door: 2 years (preferred)
- Security System (Burglar Alarm) Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Survellance System Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driver's license and a reliable vehicle? (required)
