We’re looking for a Bilingual HR Express Advisor to play a key role in fostering an inclusive and empowered experience for all TJX Canada Associates. In this dynamic position, you’ll actively contribute to organization-wide HR programs that align with the company’s objectives, supporting both Management and Associates as the first point of contact for HR services, technology, and policy inquiries. - Research issues, provide answers, action where necessary, and document work performed
- HR administration and data processing activities that are not completed through Manager and Employee Self Service functionality
- Support HR processes related to onboarding, benefits administration, terminations, etc.

Salary Range: $50,955.00-$71,337.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
