Applications are being accepted for an experienced **Corporate Paralegal** to work independently within our busy Corporate Department. The position will involve handling a variety of corporate transactions which may include incorporations, share structure amendments, share transactions, transfers, redemptions, rollovers, reorganizations, share exchanges, amalgamations, continuances, extra-provincial registrations, director/officer changes and trade name registrations). CORES III accreditation and experience in all aspects of CORES III work are preferred. The successful applicant must be personable, detail oriented and accurate. Familiarity with Alf, Office 365, iManage are assets.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
