Wage range: $20.00 - $25.00

Shifts available: Days, 6:00AM - 4:30PM Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday

Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, road maintenance** **and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally. Weldco-Beales is currently recruiting a **Stager / Material Handler** for the **Barrie** manufacturing team. This position will report to the **General Foreman**.

**What you will do**:

- Read and interpret work orders
- Follow directions given in work orders or by lead hand, supervisor or designee
- Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials
- Load and unload metal using hand truck or dolly
- Keep production supplied by retrieving materials and supplies by operating hand trucks or forklifts
- Supply material requirements to production by studying production schedule
- Retrieve supplies and material by studying specifications
- Locate and verifies supplies and materials
- Secure materials for movement. Move to production locations.
- Keep shop tidy and organized.
- Other duties as required

**Your qualifications**:

- A minimum of one year of related experience
- Forklift experience (onsite training and certification provided)
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic tools and equipment
- Knowledge of general safety practices
- Overhead Crane and Rigging experience is an asset (on-site training and certification provided)
