Fishbone Culinary Concepts & Restaurants known as a leader in Upscale Dining within the Simcoe Muskoka and York Regions, is searching for a talented, ambitious, driven and detailed Chef to lead our current Culinary Operations and new expansion.
We are a Hospitality driven restaurant, providing a smaller menu that is focused on doing what we do, well.
Applicants MUST HAVE Minimum 3 years in a Michelin/Top Rated Restaurant environment.
Must have tremendous attention to detail with plating, organization, managing and mentoring staff, have understanding of financials, Food Cost controls and Labor Cost Management.
This is not an Office Position. This position requires constant presence with culinary teams at locations mentoring staff and developing dishes.

This position calls for roughly 50 hours weekly
Must Reside in GTA/Southern Ontario

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
