We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our opening team as a full-time Guest Services Attendant at Nobu Hotel Toronto.

As the Guest Services Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position requires a friendly, outgoing, and helpful individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. The Guest Services Attendant will handle a variety of guest-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Guest Assistance:
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with efficiency and grace.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, including directions, local information, and hotel amenities.
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other belongings.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
- Provide concierge services, such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures as needed.
- Valet Parking:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles, adhering to all traffic regulations and hotel parking procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized parking area.
- Provide guests with clear instructions regarding vehicle retrieval.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Relay messages and information to guests and fellow team members.
- Maintain a log of guest requests and activities.
- Other Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a guest services role or valet parking role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmissions (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry luggage, and walk between parking areas.
