- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality/ Hotel/ or Medical Business Administration Knowledge
- Exceptional at customer service and retailing, have an eye for detail

Excellent Phone Etiquette
Ability to Problem Solve

Here is what you will be doing:

- Schedule services for guests and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
- You listen to your clients, get to know them and accommodate their needs to the fullest extent.
- You always find a solution and never say “no.”
- Manage the reservations/cancellations throughout the day and communicate to the service providers
- Check in guests for appointments, collect their information
- Solicit Feedback and Reviews from Clients
- Promote and sell spa/salon retail skin care lines.
- In the Admin Role you will be in charge of opening and closing the Spa, Daily financial reports.
