**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage inter-warehouse orders and inventory - including stock balancing/cross docks and the timing of transfers
- Manage and oversee the inventory management system, ensuring accuracy
- Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast and adjust inventory
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues
- Manage the cycle count program in a perpetual inventory environment, implementing improvements to the highest level of productivity.
- Coordinate with our Inbound Team for timely replenishment of stock and resolve any supply chain issues
- Perform accurate data entry and analysis
- Train and supervise staff involved in inventory management tasks to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, including turnover rates, stock levels, and discrepancies.

**Experience**/**Requirements**
- Proven experience in inventory management
- A Post Secondary graduate with a degree in a related field
- Advanced Excel skills including VLookUP and Pivot Tables is
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in inventory/warehouse management and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
