**Job Summary**

property partner contracting takes care of a vast portfolio of properties on the lower mainland and Vancouver island.

jobs range from minor maintenance I.e./ faucet repairs. light bulb or fixture replacements. to larger projects such as interior renovations. building operations. painting projects and much more

**Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction projects accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality.
- Execute construction estimating to provide accurate project cost assessments.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and perform restoration tasks as needed.
- Carry out caulking and painting duties to enhance the aesthetics of completed projects.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when required for specific tasks.
- Collaborate with other tradesmen to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction work.
- Experience in concrete forming, finishing, and masonry techniques.
- Knowledgeable in carpentry practices including cabinet installation and flooring installation.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems and electrical experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform construction estimating for project budgeting purposes.
- Competence in restoration techniques for various materials and structures.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
