Night Nanny

**Overview**
Nanny Spark is seeking experienced and nurturing **Night Nannies** for premium placements with loving families in the Waterloo region. This role is ideal for early childhood professionals or newborn care specialists who thrive in overnight settings and want to support new parents through restful, confident nights.

You'll be responsible for caring for infants and supporting healthy sleep habits, feeding schedules, and light overnight duties so that families can get the rest they need.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide safe, attentive care to infants during overnight hours.
- Handle nighttime feedings (bottle or breastfeeding support), diaper changes, and soothing.
- Maintain logs of baby’s sleep, feeding, and activity.
- Support sleep training techniques if requested by parents.
- Tidy nursery and sanitize bottles/pump parts as needed.
- Communicate updates to parents in the morning.

**You're a Great Fit If You Have**:

- 2+ years of experience with infants, preferably as a night nanny or postpartum doula
- Are trained in infant CPR/First Aid
- Are calm, reliable, and confident with newborns
- Are comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
- Can commit to at least 3 nights/week for 8-10 hour shifts
- Have a valid Police Background Check & Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Bonus: Experience with sleep training, lactation support, or newborn certifications

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
