As a Marketing/Outreach Coordinator for our restaurant, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with local
communities, organizations, and businesses to promote our restaurant and drive customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Community Engagement:
- Identify and engage with local community groups, schools, and organizations.
- Attend local events, fairs, and gatherings to represent the restaurant.
- Collaborate with local influencers and food bloggers for promotions.
- Partnership Development:
- Build partnerships with neighboring businesses, hotels, and event venues.
- Negotiate and manage mutually beneficial promotional agreements.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new Guests.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials in the community.
- Manage social media accounts to highlight community involvement and promotions.
- Event Planning:
- Organize and host special events, tastings, and workshops at the restaurant.
- Coordinate catering services for local events and gatherings.
- Guest Feedback:
- Act as a liaison between the restaurant and the community, gathering feedback and suggestions.
- Ensure Guest satisfaction through timely response to inquiries and concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree/ Post-graduate Certificate in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local community and its key stakeholders.
- Creativity in developing engaging marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in social media management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Previous experience in outreach, marketing, or event planning is a plus.
- Willingness to have a flexible schedule and work late hours (and weekends) as needed given the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of global sporting events and game nights is an asset
- Knowledge on using MS Word, Excel and office related tools is mandatory
- Knowledge of graphic design software (i.e., Canva, photoshop etc.) is an asset
- Access to a vehicle is an asset
