**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Project Coordinator Team Lead, the Project Coordinator is responsible to ensure that Project Managers are supported through maintaining documentation while coordinating and assisting with project completion requirements. This position requires extensive customer service, data entry, communication, collaboration, and administrative support skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and assist the Project Managers in coordinating, participating, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Read and identify blueprints, schemas, and drawings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shop drawings, track the status of RFIs, and changes
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, etc.
- Provide administrative support and data entry for Project Managers as required
- Complete tasks or duties assigned, within job scope, by the Project Managers in an efficient and timely manner

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- 1-3 years' work experience in similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced computer skills, particularly use of Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with data entry using Project Management software - Smartsheet and Fieldwire
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Adept at problem solving, conflict resolution, and collaboration
