Harvest Operator

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Must be able to operate agricultural tractors and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Willing and capable of working in a health and safety conscious, as well as environmentally responsible culture.
- Duties will include harvesting peatmoss with vacuum harvesters as well as operating field maintenance equipment such as harrows.
- Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Understand and follow directions from Bog Management as required.
- Able to perform in a fast paced, team-oriented environment ensuring both safety and productivity of yourself and fellow team members.
- May be required to train other employees in the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
- Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work longer hours and weekends
- as required.

**Job Requirements**

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Experience operating agricultural equipment is preferred.
- Experience working in the peatmoss industry is an asset.

**Employment Type**:

- The job is full time seasonal.

**Work Environment**:_The job location is approximately 50km North of Preeceville Saskatchewan._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Little Bullhead, MB R0C 1V0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
