**Auto and Personal Lines Insurance Advisor**

Location: Brentwood Mall, 4525 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby, BC

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- New quotes on all Auto and Personal Lines types of business
- Provide renewal terms and optional quotes
- Update evaluators when necessary
- Coverage for Auto Insurance when required.
- Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios
- Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment)
- Keep abeyances updated and current
- Accounts Receivable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Minimum Level 1 Insurance License and willing to get a Level 2
- At least one year of insurance office experience
- Mandarin speaking
- Commercial Lines experience would be an asset
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
- Company Portal knowledge is an asset
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of Word & Excel

Start Date: TBA

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Insurance Office: 1 year (required)

- Level 1 insurance license (required)
